At Saltire Toys & Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your apparel, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all garment tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the goods.
